PRI Enterprises Welcomes New Board of Directors
PRI Enterprises is proud to announce the swearing in of its new Board of Directors, a group of accomplished leaders whose collective experience spans manufacturing, finance, transportation, education, public service, law enforcement, agriculture, economic development, and workforce development.
The Board plays a critical role in guiding PRI’s strategic direction and ensuring the organization continues to advance its mission of providing vocational training, workforce development, and employment opportunities that help prepare individuals for successful reentry into society.
The newly appointed Board reflects a wide range of professional backgrounds and perspectives, providing the balanced leadership needed to support innovation, growth, and long-term organizational success.
“Our Board members bring a wealth of experience and expertise from both the public and private sectors,” PRI leadership said. “Their diverse backgrounds strengthen PRI’s ability to make informed decisions, address emerging challenges, and identify opportunities that support our mission and future growth.”
The Board includes business executives, elected officials, financial professionals, educators, engineers, former corrections leaders, law enforcement professionals, and community advocates.
Among the new members are industry leaders such as Alan Garey, President and Chief Executive Officer of Decimal Engineering; Denver Stutler Jr., former Secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation and founder of USST Holdings; and Denise Grimsley, former Florida state senator and current Chief Executive Officer of The Development Group.
The Board also benefits from the expertise of public safety and corrections professionals, including Chuck Brannan, a member of the Florida House of Representatives and former law enforcement leader; Corey Godwin, Jail Services Coordinator for the Florida Sheriffs Association and former Florida Department of Corrections assistant warden; and David Kilcrease, a retired Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office lieutenant with more than three decades of law enforcement experience.
Additional members bring extensive knowledge in education, community engagement, business management, finance, and public policy. These leaders include Gino Collura, Ph.D., founder of Big Guava Management and active higher education advocate; Ivette Arango O’Doski, president of Ivette O’Doski Consulting and a longtime leader in government and community relations; Kimberly Banks, Chief Financial Officer for Jacksonville University; and Lake Ray, president of Lake Ray and Associates and former member of the Florida House of Representatives.
Together, the Board’s broad experience mirrors the diverse industries and communities that PRI serves throughout Florida.
A strong and diverse Board is essential to the success of mission driven organizations. By bringing together individuals with different professional experiences, perspectives, and areas of expertise, PRI is better positioned to evaluate opportunities, strengthen governance, and make decisions that support sustainable growth and meaningful impact.
As PRI Enterprises continues to expand workforce training programs and develop innovative initiatives, the Board of Directors will play an important role in helping the organization navigate future opportunities while remaining focused on its mission.
