Garey is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Decimal Engineering. Active in his community, he serves on the South Florida Manufacturers Association Board of Directors and previously served on the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Garey earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Southern College.
Brannan is a Self-Employed Owner of Farming and Ranching. Active in his community, he is currently elected as a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 10. A former Deputy Sheriff and Chief Investigator for the Baker County Sheriff’s Office, Brannan earned his associate degree from Florida Gateway College and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
Godwin is a Jail Services Coordinator for the Florida Sheriffs Association. Previously, he served as the Chief Deputy Tax Collector for Bay and Walton Counties and was an Assistant Warden for the Florida Department of Corrections. A veteran of the United States Army Reserve, Godwin earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Columbia Southern University.
Kilcrease is currently retired and previously served as a Lieutenant in the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office for 35 years. Active in his community, he previously served as the Treasurer of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police. Kilcrease was the recipient of the 2022 “President’s Award” from the Jacksonville Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Grimsley is the Chief Executive Officer of The Development Group. Previously, she was previously elected as a Florida State Senator, representing Districts 21 and 26, and as a member of the Florida House of Representatives for District 77. Grimsley received her Licensed Practical Nurse Certification from South Florida State College and her bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Warner University.
Stutler is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of USST Holdings, LLC. He previously served as the Secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation, the Chief of Staff to Governor Jeb Bush, and the Chief of Staff of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. He was recognized in 2021 as a Distinguished Alumni from the University of Central Florida’s College of Engineering. Stutler earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Collura is the Founder of Big Guava Management. Active in his community, he serves on the Pasco-Hernando State College District Board of Trustees and is an advisory board member for the University of South Florida College of Education, the Saint Leo University College of Arts and Sciences, and Heroes Adapt, Inc. Collura earned his bachelor’s degree, his master’s degree in international relations, and his doctorate in neuroanthropology from the University of South Florida.
O’Doski is the President of Ivette O’Doski Consulting. Active in her community, she previously served as the Vice President of Corporate, Government, and Community Relations for The Miami-Dade Beacon Council and was a member of the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design. O’Doski earned her bachelor’s degree and her juris doctor from the University of Miami.
Banks is the Chief Financial Officer for Jacksonville University. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Florida Department of Corrections and a Senior Governmental Analyst for the Executive Office of the Governor. Banks earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information technology from the University of Central Florida and her master’s degree in business administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Ray is the president of Lake Ray and Associates and has served as the president of the First Coast Manufacturers Association since 2011. Active in his community, he was previously elected to the Florida House of Representatives, where he represented District 12. Ray earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida.
